Where we're situated and our surrounding area

We're located just outside of the Peak District in a small country village called Ipstones in Staffordshire. Check out the map below for our precise location!

Our surrounding area is a mixture of rolling hills and patches of heaths offering a huge range of places to visit from the exciting Alton Towers theme park which is a 15 minute drive away to the marvellous Peak District national park which offers some breath taking views making it a perfect for ramblers and cyclists.

  • Peak Wildlife Park - A humane Zoo which specialises in conservation of endangered animals such as the Humboldt penguin and Maneless Zebra among many other species! Enjoy a walk through the park and past the enclosures which offer a look at animals rarely seen outside of media!

  • Pooles Cavern - Ever fancied a trip into an ancient natural formed cave with crystal stalactites?  With Pooles Cavern close by located in Buxton you can now fulfil that unknown desire! With tours through the caverns daily there's always a chance to explore! As well as enjoy a nice stroll through Buxton Country Park in the same location.

  • Alton Towers Theme Park - Perhaps the most well known attraction in our area, the theme park is a perfect location for those who are looking for a thrilling day out riding roller coasters, a stroll through the estates gorgeous gardens or even their waterpark! and all with only being 15 minutes away from us!

  • The Roaches - For those of you who would like to remain a little closer to the wilderness aspect, the Roaches is the perfect place to explore, a natural rocky ridge formation which overlooks Tittiesworth Reservoir and the town of Leek, it offers a beautiful scenic view at the top peak of the local surroundings and onto the reservoir. A great walk for those who enjoy nature.

  • Trentham Estate - West of of us is Trentham Estate, home to award winning gardens, ancient woodland, an outdoor shopping village, a monkey forest and even a treetop adventure rope course!  There's a bit for everyone there no matter your interest!
